The use of the website is subject to your acceptance of all the terms, conditions, and notices contained in this Agreement and the TOS. Your use of the website constitutes an acknowledgment and acceptance of this Agreement and the TOS. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, conditions, and notices, please refrain from using the website.

In addition, the Service Provider may establish terms and guidelines for specific features, offers, or operating rules and policies applicable to each service offered by the Club. Users are responsible for complying with the terms and guidelines set forth by the Service Provider. In cases where the terms, conditions, and notices in this Agreement or the TOS conflict with the additional terms and guidelines specified by the Service Provider, the latter terms and guidelines will take precedence.

Modification of Terms and Privacy Policy

The User consents to, understands, and agrees that they have read and fully understood the Privacy Policy of Ebowla Club in respect of the website. The User further consents that the terms and contents of the Privacy Policy are acceptable to them.

Limited User

Registration and User Account

Proprietary Rights

Ebowla Club may provide the User with content such as sound, photographs, graphics, video, or other materials contained in sponsor advertisements or information. These materials may be protected by copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. The User may use this material only as expressly authorized by Ebowla Club and shall not copy, transmit, or create derivative works without authorization.

The User acknowledges and agrees not to upload, post, reproduce, or distribute any content on the website that is protected by copyright or other proprietary rights of a third party without permission. Distribution of copyrighted or proprietary content must include appropriate notices. Unauthorized submission or distribution of copyrighted content is illegal and may result in personal liability or criminal prosecution.

Relationship

This Agreement does not establish a partnership between the User and Ebowla Club. No party has the authority to bind or act as an agent of the other. However, if the User authorizes Ebowla Club to access third-party sites for information retrieval, Ebowla Club is considered the User’s agent for this purpose.

Interpretation of Number and Genders

The terms and conditions apply equally to singular and plural forms, and pronouns include the corresponding masculine and feminine. Phrases like “include,” “includes,” and “including” are deemed to be followed by “without limitation.” Unless specified otherwise, references like “herein,” “hereof,” “hereto,” “hereunder,” and similar terms refer to this

Agreement as a whole.

Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ebowla Club from any losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses asserted against or incurred by the Club due to a breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant, or agreement made by the User under this Agreement and the TOS.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in part, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Termination of Agreement and Services: Either the User or Ebowla Club may terminate this Agreement and services with or without cause at any time, effective immediately.

Notices

All notices and communications related to changes in the TOS, services, or termination of services shall be in writing and in English. Notices may be delivered personally, through commercial messenger or courier service, mailed by registered or certified mail, or sent via email/facsimile with acknowledgment of complete transmission. Notice will be deemed served 48 hours after it has been sent, unless email address validity issues arise.

Governing Law Purchase Policy Payment Methods

Ebowla Club accepts various payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, select Debit Cards, and Net Banking. Other payment methods may be added over time.

Who You Are Buying From

Ebowla Club acts as an agent for event organizers and cinemas promoting the events for which you purchase tickets. When you purchase a ticket through the website, Ebowla Club handles the transaction and collects payment on behalf of the event organizers and cinemas.

Refunds and Exchanges

Before purchasing tickets, review your booking details carefully. Ebowla Club cannot process exchanges or refunds for purchased tickets, lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets.

Delivery

Gift Vouchers

Ebowla Club vouchers are issued by the Club and can be redeemed on the website for movie tickets. Terms and conditions for gift vouchers apply.

Ebowla Club may amend these terms from time to time. Your purchase or use of Ebowla Club vouchers will be deemed your agreement to these terms.
